The Student Dashboard

The Student Dashboard is your central hub for everything related to your child’s daycare experience. From daily activities to health information and communication with staff, the dashboard provides a complete view in one place.
Accessing the Student Dashboard
From the Parent Home Screen, tap the Students tab in the bottom-left corner.
Select a student from your family list.
You’ll be taken directly to that student’s dashboard.
Each dashboard has six scrollable tabs at the top of the screen.
Activities
See a feed of daily activities logged by instructors.
Posts may include photos, notes, meals, naps, or classroom updates.
Activities are updated in real time throughout the day.
Like or Comment on any activity by tapping on an item in the list.
View or Save images by pressing on the item and then pressing the image.
Conversations
Teacher Group Chat → Communicate with your child’s classroom instructors.
Management Group Chat → Communicate with the daycare’s management team.
Direct Messages → Message individual instructors privately.
💬 All conversations stay archived for easy reference.
Items (Inventory)
Keep track of the personal items your child brings to daycare, such as:
Diapers and wipes
Clothing (shirts, shorts, spare sets)
Milk/Formula
Special items
Many More!
Staff can log usage, so you’ll know when it’s time to bring in more supplies.
Allergies
View and manage allergy information for your child.
Update allergy records to ensure staff always have the latest details.
Instructors and staff use this information for meal planning and safety.
Medication
Track your child’s medications, including dosage and schedule.
Staff can log administration times directly into the app.
Update or remove medications as your child’s needs change.
Calendar
Review your child’s check-in and check-out history.
See attendance records at a glance.
Block off upcoming days when your family will be out of town — staff will see this notice on their scheduling tools.
